    What is my favorite BMW?  It is so hard to choose, I have had the privilege of owning a few, but currently I love my 440 Grand Coupe with the ///M performance package and the individual content.

    Hello, my name is Carsten Middelhede, I have been a Sales Manager and ecommerce Director at BMW of West Houston for over seven years, and with BMW for over 16 years.  I am originally from Denmark and I am very proud of my beautiful family with two beautiful Viking boys.  I love the outdoors, where I can spend time with the family, whether it's playing soccer, swimming, bicycling, or just spending time in the country enjoying mother nature.  My favorite BMW has to be the one I am currently driving, the M550xi, in my opinion it is the best looking, and currently the fastest 5 series BMW has ever produced.

    How do spend your free time?:
    With family and pets (3 dogs, a bird, and a lizard also!), and I also enjoy traveling to different cities when the opportunity arises. I was born in the Philippines and grew up in Miami, Florida from the age of 5.

    What's your favorite BMW, and why?:
    The 6 Series Gran Coupe; with its smooth, sleek, and sporty look, in line with its beautiful design inside and out.

    What's your proudest accomplishment at BMW West?:
    Progression from starting as a receptionist in my first year to becoming Finance Director. I am proud to work for an organization that has allowed me to create a career out of doing something that I love.

    I am well-versed in Spanish, and Tagalog, which is the official language of the Philippines.

    Hi I am Mazhar Abbas, one of the F&I Managers at BMW West, and I am also an ex-merchant marine. I have traveled through many oceans, and I love deep sea diving. I have a masters in science from University of Karachi.

    I was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. I started working on cars from a young age, as my family owned a small private used car lot back home. That gave me the opportunity to discover a passion for cars. At 19, I had become a technician, and then moved over and became a Service Advisor. I love what I do, and BMW is an amazing brand.

    I have spent most of my life within automotive, having grown up in my father's repair business and then 9 years as a vendor for many of the dealerships in Houston.
    I have been with BMW since 2014 and I love what I do. My favorite aspects of being a Service Advisor are getting to meet and know the customers, and help problem solve.

    What are your interests away from the dealership?
    These include, but aren't limited to, cooking, the arts, and travel.

    I am proud to say that I joined BMW of West Houston in 2011 and have been a Service Advisor since 2013.  Originally from Corpus Christ and raised in Houston and a diehard Texans, and Rockets fan. On my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends over spicy food.  I have a great dane and Aussie rescue so you can also find me at the dog park most evenings and weekends.  My favorite BMW is the M760Li for its innovative technology, luxury, and power, there is simply nothing else like it.  I love Houston heat, and summer is my favorite time of year, as the long days offer more time to enjoy the things I love, a poolside BBQ, floating the river, playing football, or camping out on the beach around a nice fire.  My #1 goal as a Service Advisor is to have every customer leave the dealer knowing they are in good hands.
