The customer service from the point of the person picking up the phone for scheduling to the point of me walking out of the dealership with my completed service was awesome. I was only in town for the week and for work but my car started having significant issues. The service team on the phone went above and beyond and coordinated with the loaner team to find me a loaner vehicle that day so I could bring my vehicle straight to BMW. My service advisor, Juan M. was wonderful and I could not say enough great things about the service I received at this dealership!

Although there were some misunderstandings that arose after the sale, the salesperson handled them professionally and with great care. The salesperson is really friendly, and he said whenever I need, he is always right there. One of the reasons I bought a BMW was because of their after-sales service, and I hope that BMW's after-sales service will continue to improve in the future.

These guys are about as professional as it gets. My contact's name was Pat, he was transparent and patient through the whole process of having my car fixed. All in all a good experience with a few things could be done better since we are talking about BMW. As a family we love the brand, we really love the BMW IX. Service was good, our salesman Cortez Terry did good too. Cortez was lucky that he got a client who was already well versed in the 2023 BMW IX xDrive50, so his lack knowledge on the vehicle was not an issue. The issue became apparent once we got home found that a Level 2 NEMA 14 50 240 volt charging adapter was missing from the charging kit. what is point of buying an EV when you do not have the ability to charge it fast. Also, nobody at the dealership knew about the BMW promotion for Electrify America, at least no one told us. I had to struggle a for few days before I got that info. As a loyal BMW customer I would like these issues rectified for future BMW EV buyers and I am hoping to receive my Level 2 NEMA 14 50 240 volt charging adapter soon from the dealership or BMW. The other thing that got us down was waiting for financing it took almost 3 hours from agreeing on the deal and to getting in front of a finance manager to finalize it. Corey Pitre did a great job walked us through the whole thing painlessly without being pushy at all :) Since the purchase we are very happy with our BMW IX.

Amazing. John Swann helped me fixing my car's coolant leaking problem in a timely manner and I was offered a loaner for the time being. When the repair was completed they were able to deliver my car (freshly washed!!) to my work location. I had an excellent experience out of a horrible situation. Really good dealership experience. We try not to actually go to dealerships anymore and just buy online with delivery but for this specific vehicle we had to come in. Luckily they took great care of us and financing wasn't much of a wait and their finance manager was wonderful and fast once we were in. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, the sales team went out of their way to accommodate my family and I. The sales team allowed me to test drive and compare 2 cars that I was interested in. Tommy Luk gets a 5 star review for several reasons. Despite him being 1000 miles away, he has been very responsive and communicative. Every time I had a question, Tommy quickly helped get me an answer. Despite BMW factory not taking orders due to chip shortage, Tommy was able to wrangle a spot for me in Germany a few months later. Now that I have the car 9 months later, I can say every step of the way through the purchase went smoothly. I highly recommend Tommy and the team he works with full marks.

I was warmly greeted upon entering the dealership. Raymond showed me inventory was very knowledgeable. He listened to what I said making a couple of suggestions upon our conversation. As there wasn’t a vehicle available built as I wanted, he assisted in helping me “build” my own BMW. I was able to get the colors I wanted inside and out with the amenities that worked for me. I just bought a 2018 BMW M4 Convertible competition and had the BEST buying experience ever. I saw the car on autotrader, emailed the dealership that I was interested in the car and Tommy Luk called me right back. We went over the car details and agreed on a price. Tommy sent me the application which I filled out and sent right back to him. He literally had the loan approved and done in an hour and the finance Manager Lourdes was amazing1!! Follow up to review of BMW West Houston. I apologize unreservedly to the staff of BMW who were correct in their assessment of the year of my new BMW. It's quite a different procedure from the UK but a VIN search confirmed my car as 2019. I have bought 5 cars from this dealer and have nothing but praise for Carsten, Berg and Walter. Two previous attempts at repairing my problem at other shops had failed, but the problem was found and fixed at West Houston. The service advisor was courteous, helpful and knew BMWs. Far outshines the competition in NW Houston! Awesome service department that is very organized. Our BMW is treated as if it belonged to them. Took the car in for service on Tuesday. Got my oil changed, car inspected and they checked an intermittent issue the car had be having. They had to order a part. When the part came in, they offered to send someone to come pick up the car. Today, I got a call and they said they would have a service technician come and replace the part here at the house. Technician showed up, replaced the part and left within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend this dealership!
