New 2026 BMW M3 models come with a turbocharged 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine, producing up to 473 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. An optional high-output variant gives the M3 Competition model 503 hp and 479 lb-ft, with each powertrain offering an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Technology
A standard 14.9-inch touchscreen media display comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, while a digital instrument panel keeps driving information straight ahead. M3 models offer a 16-speaker premium Harman Kardon sound system, and optional features such as a head-up display, a drive recorder, and more.
