The 2024 BMW X5 is powered by a turbo 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder engine, producing up to 375 horsepower, an improvement of 40 horsepower over the previous model. A plug-in hybrid variant uses a turbo 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine and an electric motor, producing 483 horsepower. For range-topping performance, the M60i trim is powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine with up to 523 horsepower.
Technology and Safety
A standard 14.9” infotainment touchscreen is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while a 12.3” digital gauge cluster keeps driving info and alerts straight ahead.
